  • Monday, July 30th: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm; (optional session from 8:00-8:20 am, for those new to working with Thompson & Associates, to learn more about who we are, what we do, and how it all works)
  • Tuesday, July 31st: 8:00 am to 11:45 am

Here are a few items to help you prepare for your trip to Nashville:

  • Airport: Nashville International Airport (BNA)
  • Venue/Lodging: Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Vanderbilt is located in downtown Nashville just down the street from Music Row. A complimentary hotel shuttle is available to take you there!
  • Directions from Nashville International Airport to Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Vanderbilt (19 minutes, in normal traffic)
