Beth finds great joy in genuine connection and relationship with nonprofits and their supporters. She has a natural gift for forging meaningful relationships and building value in her service to others. She delights in the opportunity to help nonprofit organizations deliver an exceptional experience of transformational philanthropy for their supporters, connecting them with a deep sense of purpose while addressing their financial and family needs.

Before entering work in the nonprofit arena, she was a Vice President Business Services Officer for BB&T where she served owners and executives, their families and businesses. Through this experience, she gained invaluable insight to the complex priorities and concerns of business owners and their families, including risk management, wealth transfer, and business succession. She then transitioned to work in the nonprofit hospital setting at Lexington Medical Center Foundation where she further developed her professional focus in major gifts and gift planning. Beth also enjoys working in leadership efforts through her local planned giving council to educate development professionals in legacy gift work.

Beth resides in Prosperity, South Carolina (also known as Frog-Level) with her husband Keith and their two bird dogs. A self-described Renaissance woman, she enjoys new challenges and learning. Beth has caught the travel bug, most especially for Scotland where she served for a year as a Rotary Ambassador for Goodwill and was later married. She enjoys painting, reading, Clemson football, sporting life and being outdoors, and time with her family, nieces and nephew.
