Paul was fortunate to grow up in a home that had a heart for nonprofits and their missions.  He witnessed and participated in a myriad of supportive roles with his family that benefitted individuals through both local and global nonprofit organizations.

While in middle school, Paul’s family decided to leave the corporate world to pursue the calling of full-time mission work.  Through this experience, Paul observed firsthand the difficulties of fundraising, as well as the immense impact that results from one’s charitable gifts. By the time he graduated high school, Paul had been on four international mission trips to Mexico, Romania, Ukraine and Moldova, each focused on their own unique projects.

Nonprofit support is ingrained in Paul’s very being.  Paul joined Thompson & Associates in 2014, and is thrilled to take his experiences and pair it with his education and skills to further empower nonprofit organizations in their ability to impact their communities.

Paul has been married to his high school sweetheart, Katie, since 2008. They currently live in Brentwood, Tennessee with their diva kitty cat and energetic Dalmatian puppy. In his free time, Paul enjoys hiking, top-roping at the local indoor climbing gym, and lead-climbing outdoors.  These passions have taken him to some of the most beautiful parts of Tennessee.
