Paul has over thirty years of experience in development and has conducted many estate and gift planning seminars annually.
Prior to joining Thompson & Associates, Paul was Executive Director, Estates and Trusts for the University of Texas System. As Executive Director he managed and administered all endowment, charitable remainder trusts, pooled income trusts, and gift annuity programs. He created and implemented a planned giving mailing program that subsequently generated $123,000,000 in bequests and $38,000,000 in life income plans.
Paul managed and supported the preparation and administration of documentation directly related to charitable gifting and estate planning, as well as providing technical assistance.
